Resale business in Prairie du Chien Wisconsin for sale. It has only been open about a year. Opened last weekend in October 2011. Generated a net profit the first three months of operation. Gross sales were over $300,000 in 2012 inclduing in-store sales, online sales, and scrap jewelry. This business buys items from customers for cash and resells them. We take similar items as a pawn shop but don't do loans on items. Currently inventory shows a cost of $66,000 with a resale value around $130,000. Sale of business is for inventory and equipment only, no property is included, currently rent location so you could continue here or move to a different location.

I am currently renting the location. It is located in downtown Prairie du Chien. There is about 2000 square feet and it is close to capacity. Could continue lease, move to another location, or just take the inventory and go somewhere completly different.
