Description This is an opportunity to control and expand a number of wood replacement products in both manufacturing and distribution. Proprietary blends of PVC foam extrusions that originated in Germany are at the core of these innovative products. The Company is focused on two product lines that are manufactured the same way but serve the needs of completely different markets. One of the product lines is sold to end users that want the look of real wood but utilize the advantages of a material that is more lightweight, easier to fabricate, requires no finishing, resistant to most liquids and less costly to use. The other product line is distributed nationally to over 200 locations in 36 States. The application of this product is used to form concrete into many different shapes and has both residential and commercial applications. This innovative product line was introduced in 2008 just before the national construction market receded. When this application was introduced at the World of Concrete convention in Las Vegas orders came in so quickly that it took four months to produce and fulfill the initial orders.
