Description  This is a successful one of a kind product with no competition, currently selling internationally. It is the only true personal watercraft, weighing only 17 lbs. It has been on the U.S. market since 1979 (34 years) with many engineering upgrades that have been under my direction. Nothing else has existed like it, MAKING IT TRULY UNIQUE. Few products have such a track record. On Jan 4, 2010 the ''US-EPA'' changed emission requirements for this type of product. Thus stopping U.S. sales (only) for this highly sought after marine item. At the present time, there is a significant lost market in the U.S. The U.S. was the largest market for this product which is now history, but there remains an exceptional exclusive potential for a new one that would meet the latest ''EPA'' requirements. By using 25% of the existing components and reinventing a new ''EPA'' version, it will successfully reemerge to rebuild its lost market. With other countries following the U.S. environmental lead, and starting to impose more restrictive requirements, it will be ready for both U.S. and world wide markets. Using some of the existing parts, engineering, tooling and testing is projected to cost $600/700,000. Several patents exist, but some additional ones will be needed to piggyback onto the existing ones for the new EPA approved unit to maintain its protections. Working original production samples are available to demonstrate this unrivaled, one of a kind marine product. Additionally, as part of this package is an existing parts and repair business that also sells rebuilts. It is the only source in the U.S. for these items.
