Description  Large club for sale is fully sprinkled and conforms to all live music provisions. Rent is $3,200 / month including NNN. Very low overhead for a space more then 6,500 sq ft. Asking $169,000 and we would consider terms with money down. The current lease expires in March 2011, however there is a 5 year option to extend. Or the new buyer could renegotiate their own lease.
