Description *Previous Revenue over $7.5mil *Previous Earnings over $900k Company has 3 divisions that are self supporting operations. Division 1 is a Tree Removal Service primarily serving Northern VA with equipment & manpower to serve MD & DC in both the Residential and Commercial Markets. The biggest growth opportunity is expanding areas of operation and Government work. The Tree Removal Division is operated from the Corp Office located in the Fairfax/Loudon Area. The Tree Removal Division previously performed $3-$4mil in revenue, it currently performs approx $2.2mil in revenue at 50% utilization. At 100% utilization it can perform revenues between $5-6mil with very modest margins. The loss of revenue over the past couple years is attributed to the economy & the lack of the owners involvement in running the day to day operations while he was interested in other business opportunities. Division 2 is a 7 year old Wood Recycling/Mulching Operation that is a self sustaining operation located on 89 acres of property just 45 minutes from HQ. The Mulching Division's Previous Gross Operations was $1.5-2mil with Potential to do $2-5mil. Currently the operation is at 10% utilization performing approximately $250k in gross earnings. This is due to the lack of the current owners time to run the division to its potential or find a manager to oversee the simple operations. Division 3 Provides Excavation and Land Clearing services which was previously performing revenues between $500k-$1mil. The Excavating Equipment has barely been utilized over the past couple of years due to the lack of land clearing and developing, but work is coming back around and is ready to be bid. This division is self supporting or can be added to either of the other 2 divisions The Company is offered for sale as a whole or in its respective divisions.
