Open-end Private Pension Fund It is a legal entity, established according to the Law of Ukraine on Private Pension Provision and having the status of a non-profit organization. A PPF carries out its activities with the aim of accumulating pension contributions for the benefit of the pension fund participants, with subsequent management of the pension fund assets and distribution of pension benefits. Open-end pension fund can be established by any legal entity (except for those financed by the state budget of Ukraine or local budgets), and any private individual may participate in the fund, irrespective of the place and nature of his/her employment.
