Description Royalty contract with a major International Aerospace Company has paid royalty sales on a quarterly basis since 2002. Nine hundred systems sold to date. Aerospace licensee has two major customers, Gulfstream Aerospace and FedEx. Annual royalties have been ~ $150,000, and are expected to grow to over $200,000/year in 2012. Total number of units sold since 2002 is more than 900 systems. Royalty per unit will increases when total sales reach 2001 and will increase again when total sales reach 5001 total sales. Royalty contract is for a total of 10,000 units. Total value of contract is ~ 24 million USD for 10,000 units. Contract is an ideal commercial paper for a retirement fund where 80% of the value is received in the future. A substantial discount is offered reflecting the deferred value and associated risk.
