Geotechnical drilling, laboratory testing of soil samples, and reporting;
Phase I and II environmental site assessments;
Subgrade and foundation evaluations, soil compaction verification, concrete/mortar/grout testing, and Special Inspections.
Owner wishes to pursue non engineering/construction business ventures while staying involved with business in a secondary role.
