Description  I started this business in 2002, but because it was just me, and I'm all thumbs when it comes to keeping the books and billing, I never had more than 60 clients at one time until February 2010, when a hired a pretty assistant to help me expand INN Web Designs. By early June, I reached 168 clients and a ''NET'' annual revenue of over $58,000.00. I married my assistant. 4 days later, my godaddy.com acct was hijacked. The full story is posted all over the internet and complete verifiable, my account had been hi-jacked with over 120 hotel domain names, my unlimited hosting plan, 100s of my clients email account. Unable to access my account the domain names expired and I was helpless. I managed to save a small # of those account, plus I had 37 more accounts at domainsnow4u.com. 8 months after our marriage, my wife left me and by June, my client database was at 57. Since then I've managed to get up to 110 hotel accounts, but my inability to organize, was causing me to forget who had paid their fees and accounts expiring because of me. I am currently at 100 accounts and generating a ''Net'' annual revenue of $20,000.00. I want out of the hosting end of my business now. I've received two offers, includent contracts and letters of intent. But one offer is $15,000 up fron and $15,000 in 6 months. The other says he'll have the cash in about 30 days.
