Description  Heavy Crude Refinery 20,000 BPD. We have purchased refinery 1 in K.S.A and we have several options to sell or relocate to a new country. The Refinery was built at 20,000 BPD by UOP/Chyoda in 1974 and mothballed in 1998. It was at very good operational condition when it was shutdown. It was designed for heavy crude and was later modified to handle Arab Light. It was regularly and thoroughly maintained and refurbished. Was inspected again in 2001 it was very good shape. We are almost completed dismantling and should be ready to ship before end of 2007. The buyer has two options: 1. Refinery = $70,000,000. 2.
