Description Urgent, I have to let: small starting firm (Ltd) in tourism at the entrance of the Danube Delta, within the first ring of the city Tulcea, Romania (population 93 000.) It incl a terrain (230 sq. meters, eventually 200 sq. meters in plus) in property WITH VALID construction permit for a mini hotel (10 doubles with private bathroom/balcony, restaurant, bar and roof terrace) Total construction leads up to 640 M2, but it is not compulsory to build the (whole) project. The cost to build are starting with 250 USD/M2.

Firm has 18 subdivision subscribed at the Chamber of Trade, like lodging, restaurant, catering, camping, touristic trips, etc, and education and consultancy.
Romania is eligible for European structural funds, obtaining this firm gives direct access to an unlimited status in Romania, partial in EU.
Taking over the firm takes less than one week. Starting a firm yourself is way more complex (18 months). All papers are okay.
The prices in the region grow with some 0.75 per week at the moment.
