Description Do you teach music lessons? Do you fix instruments? Do you love them? Have you ever wanted to own your own music shop? Well, we thought we did too. So we found a place with really low overhead.

And we painted it, turned it into a music store, put up a sign, made a website and advertised. We were in two newspapers.
We bought $20,000 worth of inventory and put in countless hours. We had some jams, got some students, sold some instruments and lots of accessories. Then we decided that this isn't really what we want to do with our lives. So, it should be easy to liquidate the $20,000 of inventory. Then our only loss is about $6,000 and a bazillion hours of our time. We could give our notice and accept the loss, but I just wanted to give someone the opportunity to pick up where we are leaving.

There is much that can be done with this store, but we are no longer willing to put in the time. We have two very young children and new house and full time jobs besides.
