The Company has also leveraged it reputation to offer consumers who need immediate cash short term loans using their diamonds and jewelry as collateral. In addition to the two owners who currently manage the business, there is a roster of strong, tenured managers who handle daily operations. Each store is staffed with a store manager, a goldsmith and full and part time sales associates.
