Description  The business for sale is an online invitation company that I have operated out of my home for the last ten years.ÿ It has a professionally-designed website that is hosted by Yahoo, making it easy to update, change items and track sales.ÿÿThis is perfect for a stay-at-home mom who wants a creative outlet, especially if they have web-optimization expertise. Note, while we listed gross of 7300 and EBITDA of 3500, 5 years ago the business was grossing 63,000 with EBITDA of 25,000. We believe this decrease is the result of a poor job on our part in maintaining our search rankings and not advertising, and believe that someone with optimization knowledge would be able to quicky bring sales back up. We still have a a google PageRank of 3, with several first page results. The business entails maintaining inventory of invitations, note cards and a few other gifts and personalized items purchased from manufacturers, and then listing them on the website for sale. When customers order invitations, they enter their custom wording along with their shipping and billing information online. Using Adobe Illustrator, I format the customer's text onto the invitation of their choice and send out a digital proof for approval.ÿ Once approved, I print the invitations on a specific inkjet printer that can handle the thicker cardstock and ship them via USPS. The graphics programs and website maintenance can be easily learned. It is time for me to sell the business because I now have three young children and am home-schooling one of them. I find that I do not have enough time to do it all.ÿ I currently spend an average of 30 minutes per day on the business.ÿ I have many ideas but have not had time to do them, such as adding new product lines, advertising more extensively and doing more marketing via social media and other tools that I believe could grow it more.ÿ It has been a very fun industry to be a part of and has allowed me to have a creative outlet that also makes money.
