Description Ra Vision Gear contract manufactures and retails high performance sunglasses specifically designed for flying, riding and driving. The sunglasses are optimized for use with helmets and headsets. We currently only sell thru our own e-commerce channels.
Our unique design, the high strength titanium frame, and lenses made with Trivex material make these sunglasses ideal for pilots, motorcyclists, air traffic controllers, motor cyclists, bicyclists, auto racing drivers and crews, skiers, snowmobilers, military, headset wearing football coaches, and any other individual that needs eye sun protection while wearing a helmet or headset. In the US alone there are 600,000 pilots and 6.5 million registered motorcycles.
We would be offering the entirety of Ra Vision Gear. This includes all intellectual property (patent of model one and prototypes and drawings for three new models), website in its entirety including shopping cart function and credit card processing, manufacturing and supplier contacts and agreements (there are no binding contracts), US distribution warehousing system at our fulfillment house tied directly to the website, all artwork and advertising copy, and 600 units of our current model.
