Description For sale: 2 magazines that work in tandem. Both are brand new - first issue just went out.
BOTH magazines are locally produced and printed......They have been well received in the community that they serve. Magazines are Bi-Monthly.

What you are buying:
Ownership of both magazines. Trademark of both names have been applied for. 3 very nice desks with Cherry finish, an electric fire place with Cherry finish, sectional sofa, Hewlett Packard touch screen all in one desk top computer, Lexmark all in one fax/scanner/printer) refrigerator, and microwave. Both website domains. Tons of goodwill & momentum that I have generated since I have been marketing these magazines.....New owners will assume lease of office/warehouse space that we have an awesome deal on.)
Buyer will NOT be assuming any liabilities or debt as we have none. Asking price of $25,000 Owner financing (with 0% interest) is an option under the right terms. Price is LOW because I want someone to come in and just continue forward. I have put a lot of heart and soul into these magazines. If you have a passion for something like this, I will help you for as long as you need!
