This business is 100% up and running, fully functional QuickBooks database with merchant processing, advertising is in place with the SE Examiner, Dex, flyer distribution. There are several events set up for August including a very popular street fair as well as a grand opening party here with bands. The location is in a very trending shopping Mecca, as a real bonus there are 2 parking spaces in a lot on the property. The rent is under a $1 a square foot, the store is 1,400 sq ft. There is $8,500 worth of inventory and $4,000 in removable fixtures. We put $10,000 into the custom renovation of the location.
