Description Company is seeking investors to enter into a joint venture with the Company to provide $10M for the construction and development of a waste tire recycling facility in Ohio. The Company provides unique solutions to reduce landfill materials and scrap tire stock through environmentally-friendly, patented microwave technology. This zero emission technology requires no special permitting, has a small carbon footprint and doesn't need external heat to drive the destruction process. Proceeds will be used for the purchase of patented microwave technology and ancillary equipment that will process approximately 4,800 tires per day resulting in large volumes of the following products for sale: carbon black, diesel distillate and Syngas. This first project will focus on the conversion of scrap tires however opportunity exists to recycle waste plastic and other waste streams into the same re-sellable and energy producing products using the same microwave technology. The Company will lease space within a facility owned by a tire processor that currently converts waste tires into rubber mulch, welcome mats, landscape borders and other items. The Company will enter into a 10 year feedstock agreement at a fixed price with the same tire processing company, greatly enhancing success and profits. A power conversion company will locate their proprietary equipment at the Project site (at their cost) and purchase all of the Syngas at a fixed price for a period of 20 years. The sale of the carbon black and diesel distillate are supportable by a letter of interest from a company dealing with the sale of these products.
