Description Relocatable HVAC Company servicing mostly commercial accounts in the Carolinas. Note: Charlotte would be the most central location with customers being located within about a 3 hour radius. Clients are typically large restaurant chains an other commercial customers commercial businesses.
T he works from home which is why this business is easily relocatable. Most customers are on an annual contract with scheduled preventive maintenance that is sometimes on a monthly basis. Any new equipment that is installed is usually Lennox brand. Utilizing this top brand helps to reduce maintenance and repair costs. The company does service other manufacturer's lines as well. The owner's wife assists him on a very limited part time basis. Usually the owner is at home on Fridays and does his billings to customers. There is only one other service technician that works seasonally as he is a teacher through the week.
