Description Sears and Roebuck has a franchise system called the Sears Hometown & Outlet Store. I currently own 3 of these stores in Lexington, Kernersville, and High Point, NC. With the latest purchase of my High Point store, I realize that I have more than I can handle. I am looking to sell the Lexington and Kernersville locations and keep only High Point store since I live here in this city. These stores floorplan appliances, lawn & garden, Craftsman tools, & mattresses. You do not have to purchase inventory from Sears. Corporate stocks you with inventory and pays a commission to sell their products. But your company owns the store fixtures and the corporate noncompete rights to that city. The price for the Lexington store is $75,000. And the price for the Kernersville store is $125,000. The Lexington store is about 15 years old and this price will include updates required by corporate inside the store for updates. The Kernersville store is only one year old and is upfitted to Sears latest model called the ''Store of the Future.'' Each store already has a staff. However, the new owner is required by corporate to attend a two week training session at their corporate headquaters in Hoffman Estates, IL. Proof of assets required. Please serious inquiries only. Call Don at (336) 880-1919.
