This is truly a ''Turn key'' business already in operation with existing customers. We are offering full control of the website, brand name, existing customers, rights/permissions to realtor.com and will transfer the credit card gateway to your own bank account.
How it makes money
It can be operated as two businesses simultaneously. The first operation is as the Internets' easiest ''Do It Yourself'' Virtual Tours website. We marketed the website in this format at the North Carolina National Association of REALTORs conference at Myrtle Beach, SC in 2007. In this idea the real estate agents would take their own photographs and upload the photos to getehomes.com for a cost of $19.99. The second and most profitable situation was to take the photographs and create the virtual tours for the agents. For this service we were charging $150 in Cashiers, NC and $60 in Charlotte, NC. We found an ideal way to get the word out and we will provide that information to the winner. We also charge a renewal fee of $9.99. After a tour has been on the website for 6 months it must be renewed or will it will be deleted.
