Feel It, Touch It'' component of 3WestTv. You can be part of a new way of thinking, communicating and entertaining, or sit on the sidelines waiting for the last minute replacement. Startup costs are $90,000 for the first year license, equipment and training. Yearly license renewal fee is $1,500 per year. Monthly costs are $249.95 per month plus $7.95 per month per ad.
