Description  Wuxi Chang Chun specializes in cold-rolling, galvanizing and pipe-forming carbon steel strips. Our pipe-formed products are used to make indoor and outdoor furniture, bicycle frame and trampoline frame tubing and other exercise equipment. Our cold-rolled products are used in the automobile and construction industries, and our galvanized strips are used to make C and Z channels and other outdoor applications. The land area of the factory complex encompasses over 46,000 mý with the two factory processing plants cover 35,000 mý, company headquarter and worker quarters covering 7000 mý. Company History  The company was established in 1999.  The 1st processing factory was completed in 2001. Initial yearly turnover 50 million Chinese Yuan (CNY).  In 2003 the 2nd processing factory was completed.  From 2004 to 2006 the company turnover increased from 250 million CNY to 1.3 billion CNY.  2007 the company partial year turnover was 1.1 billion CNY. 2007 November due to a change in export policy the company falls on hard times and stops production.  2008 November the company passes the law and is allowed to re-commence operations.  2009 April the company recommences production and sales. Currently, due to limited funds, the company is only using 50% of the production capacity. The main cause is the difficulty faced purchasing of raw material. Productions at full capacities (per month); cold-rolled strips: 15000 T, galvanized strips: 20000 T, steel tubes: 15000 T. The land which our factory is situated on has been reclassified from industrial to commercial so we will start relocating by the end of 2012. To gain the best benefit for relocating from the government the president wants to achieve max capacity. The management desires 30 million USD and is willing to sell a minority share of 30% to gain the funds. This is a starting point for negotiations. The company is willing to consider other investment ideas.
