Description My husband and I have a profitable retail flooring (carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile, etc) and cabinetry/countertop business for sell. We have an approximate 1200 s/f showroom and 1200 s/f warehouse attached directly to the showroom. We have all current displays for our manufacturers, as well. This eastern Kentucky location has been in business for over 30 years in a community with a population of approximately 13000, along with extra from county residents. We purchased the store 3 years ago and have since increased sales by about 40%. We have multiple contracts with many governmental/private clients. We not only offer retail, but also installation along with an absolutely great installation crew. We have purchased another business in a town over 2 hours away that requires much more time than our flooring store and are unable to run both ourselves.
