My business model is based on the new approach to selling goods on line.
I build a network of agents, franchise style, which do present my products on local auction site or, face book, my space etc. This method gives me the edge over attempt to sell from Hong Kong or China.
I do offer to my agents from 60 to 90% of the net profit and I do show them real factory price. Thanks to that my agents have goods at 50 to 90% lower price than what the competition offers.
This allows me to get better relationship, better feedback and a lot of sales. I do not invest in any goods, just have to coordinate the shipping and cash flow.
Agent is listing a product which i know i can buy at certain price, and after he get a sale he foreword money to my account. I pay for the goods, I pay for shipping and than i pay to agent. Balance stay in my pocket.
I need capital to expand this model to all countries around world. This model will allow me to build massive web site in Hong Kong and also a chain of web sites by each agent. All will be linked and controlled by me. I put products on main web, and all agents can download or access the main web. I will also ask my agents to post their local products on our web so this way we can have greatest web store ever. I already work witch this for 2 months with fantastic results. Need a serious investor who is willing to keep me on board to build on this unique model.
This is going to be bigger than Walmart, and I do not need any warehouse, and we can also sub out shipping to others.
