Pet friendly magazine is a full glossy 32 page publication operating in the state of Idaho since 2004 as a free publication in greater treasure valley, which is currently being distributed monthly in over 300 locations, with a print run of 14,000. Due to the recent illness of my spouse i am forced to liquidate the publication and related domains. The properties for sale include a working, regional publication with a track record of success. Assets include rights to the magazine, associated templates, articles (even the covers are done for the next year). Current advertising contracts cover the cost of printing. This turnkey magazine and website also includes news sources for national topic articles, three affiliated websites which also offer advertising opportunity and all of the software needed to manage and create the magazine and web. The magazine subscriptions are currently driven by the recently signed contracts with three national subscription brokerages. The contracts are all commission based.
