Our main provision is a web search tool that shows users which bed and breakfasts are around a location they provide - zip code, street, address, or site. Using sophisticated mapping and global positioning technology, we plot the map of where the person would like to visit (eg. CN Tower or Waterloo, ON) and the BnBs show up on the map as flags. Each flag contains the BnB contact information + a link to the listing on our site. Directions can then be determined as to how to get to the BnB of choice. The intellectual property includes the website, domain name, backend (for customizing/adding bed and breakfasts, configuring ads, etc), online booking service is live on bnbconcierge and that can be added and simultaneously linked with any BnB website. The most important aspect of the business is the amount of income streams available to the right owner. Income can come from premium listing subscriptions, online booking service subscription, website links, and advertising on the site as well as other services such as website creation, BnB technical support, and so on if desired.
