Paid Until 15 march 2014. 4) There was a full and deep renovation (including a plumbing and electricity systems). 5) There is a third floor (around 150sqm available for business extension). 6) The company also has a license for opening a cafe/bar, that can be a good possibility for a 3-rd floor (really nice rice paddies + mountains view from there, can send you photos if you wish). 7) Brand new Matrix gym equipment (7 years guarantee).
