Reason for Sale Going towards different venture.
Description I have created a custom mens cologne and a womens perfume formulation. I have the formulation documented ... I have about 25 sample vials for you to send to buyers(more can be made if needed/requested). I'm going into a different venture and I dont have time to start any cologne/perfume business. I have no expereince in those fields ... so in return I am selling its ownership, the formulations and its sample vials.
Mens Cologne is a dark and woodys scent with some floral scents but still on the manly side. Womens Perfume is a light floral base scent with some fruity essences.
A good idea would be to sell them as the same ''brand'', a male version and a female version. This two items are set to make GOOD money. All you have to do is send the sample vials to retail/department store buyers ... and if they like it, ITS A SALE. Remember, retail and department stores often buy in big quantities and profits are real high since the cost of making these items are an average of $3.00 to $9.00. Depends how fancy you make your packaging, etc.
I will also include sources to the websites and companies that i bought from in order to make these two perfumes; and also packaging and private label companies that can mass produce your perfumes if needed.
