Description  The salon has been in business at this location for approx. 15 years and I have owned it since 2007. We offer three levels of tanning with a total of 10 tanning units which includes 4 level one beds, 4 level two beds, and 2 level three units (stand-up and super-bed). Since I purchased the salon I added the 4 level two beds expanded and built out the additional rooms for the beds, purchased the stand-up unit, installed all digital timers, computer pos system, video surveillance with dvr, monitored alarm system, new washer and dryer, all new chairs, furniture etc. The salon is completely controlled with digital timers and is operated from the pos computer program which does everything from employee time clock, sales, inventory, controls the beds and has many reports available. All equipment in the salon is paid for and nothing is leased. The tanning season in this area is from December until July with May being the best month. So as a buyer this is the perfect time to purchase a salon as you can make your investment back within the first 6 months! I am not offering any financing.
