Description I created pricebookbuilder.com after working along side someone that taught me much about flat rate pricing software. I took it upon myself to create a flat rate pricing system/software for the HVAC, plumbing and electrical installation company. However, the software can be used for just about any industry dealing with parts.
I put together the website that reflects the software with some approved articles by my mentor. However, due to other obligations, i am not able to market my product or to do updates to the software source.
I am looking for someone that is looking for a complete online business to own that has the time to turn this into a great product and business or a company that is looking to add another software product to their product line.
After doing research, i found only a small handful of other software packages similar to what i built and they are charging anywhere from $800 - $3,000. The programming language is .Net (c#) and the database is sql server (file based). It is a one user system. I also developed a licensing and activation service to authorize the product.
I am asking $50,000 or best offer. This includes the full source code, activation web service and source code, website files and the transfer of the domain name.
I will also offer 3 months of support to help make a smooth transition. For an additional fee, i can help continue development on the product.
