Description  The restaurant name is That's Amore, and it is a small Italian restaurant located in Bellevue, Nebraska, in the Old Towne district. All of the recipes are homemade and the food is great. The owners of the restaurant are my parents, who are going to be retiring this following year, and they need to sell the restaurant. The restaurant is a double suite in a strip mall, and is over 2000 square feet. The kitchen has all stainless steel counter tops, utensils, and appliances. The main baking ovens are conveyor belt Lincoln Impingers. There is a triple sink with commercial grease trap, a two bay convection oven with a 16 burner gas grill. There is a walk in refrigerator, a chest freezer, and two separate stand up refrigerator/freezers combos. The main dining area is 900 square feet and the bar area is 700 square feet. There are two smaller dining areas on either side of the main dining area. There is a full built in bar, and the liquor license is set for the next three years. There is a small office, a storage room, a separate room for the syrup boxes and co2 containers for the soda, men's women's and handicapped bathrooms. The ceilings are very 15 feet high with pendulum lights and chandeliers. There is a close knit group of dedicated customers, that regularly frequent the restaurant, and there is a lot of business generated from the air force base nearby. There is very little competition in the area, and is one of the only places to eat in the Old Towne area. The restaurant needs very little work and is in good condition.
