Description MegaBite Restaurant Brokers LLC offers, for your ownership consideration, 2 well-established CiCis Pizza franchises located in the Kansas City Metro area. CiCis features an all-you-can-eat, affordably-priced buffet featuring pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert. These 2 restaurants were founded in 2004 to 2006. The stores are located within a 12 mile radius circle (2 in Kansas and 1 in Missouri). The seller acquired the 3 locations on January 31, 2008 and has been operating remotely from Texas since that time. The stores are profitable, stable and have significant opportunities for further improvement. The seller is offering the 2 stores as a package. The seller's operating partner also owns 6 CiCis in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas market. The seller also has an experienced, trained District Manager in Kansas who is willing to remain.
The asking price for the assets of the business is $500,000 ALL-CASH. The assets include inventory at cost of $14,000, accounts receivables of $14,000 and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) valued at $500,000. A purchaser will need to assume EcoLab dishwasher leases with each location. The purchaser is responsible for any franchise transfer fees (estimated at $5k/store) and remodeling to current franchise standards.
In 2007, Worldwide ERC and Primary Relocation recognized Kansas City third overall as one of the ''Best Cities for Relocating Families'' in the United States. Also in 2010, Money Magazine rated Overland Park, Kansas, the 7th best city to live in the United States.
NOTE: THE SELLER SHUT DOWN 1 LOCATION ON OCT.20, 2012
