We are located 3 miles from the Nashville International Airport. The Ruby Tuesdays Down the street is the busiest one in the State of Tennessee. We are also 5 minutes away from Opry Land. With the original restaurant being established in 1995 everyone in town knows about it. I would suggest changing the name back to the Plantation House. With the bar booming the way that it is, a name change back will pack the downstairs as well. Like I listed the only reason for selling the store is my partner is getting divorced and wants to liquidate the restaurant. There are very few restaurants around, and we are located less than 10 min from downtown Nashville. We are now really starting to pick up even with limited advertising.
