We diverted into the decorative concrete market approx. 10 years ago specializing in most forms of decorative concrete. This was eventually consolidated into specializing in commercial polished concrete since this is the area where our best profit margins were realized and the simplicity of implementing our system made the most sense. We have handled jobs from $400,000 and under. They range from Ashford densified concrete jobs to multi-color stained and stenciled jobs including glass aggregate exposed full polished concrete jobs. We can handle any form of polished concrete including the most complicated of designs. Our company has a reputation for being one of the best polishing companies in the industry and we work to maintain that reputation and the relationships we have developed with our customers over the years. Our emphasis on quality and meeting the owner's expectations has allowed us to maintain a relationship with several well known national companies. We have done high profile jobs that have been nationally recognized and published. Most of our work is located in Florida but we do have some jobs that take us out of state. Our company utilizes a system that allows for an organized flow of information that takes a job from the bidding stage through the final billing stage. This system incorporates estimating, follow-up, contracts, accounting, project management, field staff organization, billing, and customer relations. We use different software and online programs to keep jobs organized and scheduled. Our field staff utilizes computer tablets in the field to stay in touch with the office and maintain smooth operations and communication. Due to the effectiveness of our system we are able to keep our COGS to a minimum and maintain low overhead. This allows us to stay competitively priced while having a better resume than many other polishing companies.
