Description  The City of Mount Dora wants to optimize the the efficiency of its reclaimed water system by constructing two new reservoirs for the storage of approximately 200 million gallons of reclaimed water (possibly mixed with stormwater in the future) during the wet season and subsequent treatment and re-pumping back into the reclain water sustem when demand exceed the City's wastewater treatment capacity. The City is looking for a Public Private Partnership to complete this project. As you may know, Florida will have major water shortages in the future and this will probably be the main soure of drinking water in 20-30 years.
