Description Facilities Management Company based in South East England Initially
Looking for Investor to Purchase 50% of the business for a fee of œ6,000, plus a loan to the business of œ2,500 repayable after 2 years as œ3,500. either taking an active role or preferably as a sleeping partner with full involvement and equal voting power on all financial and strategic procurements.
Presently the Grounds/ Garden maintenance and landscaping section has the following turnover, Maintenance contracts both private household and public service contracts worth œ9,000 pa and growing, Landscaping œ10,000 pa.
Waste Division at formation stage, carriers licence applied for, bag suppliers found, vehicle and tips in place as is driver (present owner), this is where some of the funds from the purchase of the business will be spent. Each shop uses on average 10 bags per week for refuse, at œ1.20 per bag averaging œ624 per year per shop, we would expect to collect from 35 shops per day, 5 days per week grossing œ109,200 pa.
The principle is simple fill vehicle, waste 35 collections per day, garden maintenance 6 visits per day averaging œ35 per visit x 21 per year 2 weekly each vehicle will gross œ44,100 pa plus minor landscaping of œ10,000 pa minus costs of œ26,000.
