Description We are a small, private, UK Business School, with a fully Accredited portfolio of business & management courses, UK Government approved, covering PreDegree, Degree, Postgraduate, Professional, via UK Classroom or Online Distance Learning. This portfolio of internationally recognised, accredited courses is equal to that found in UK University management studies departments.
We believe that our portfolio will be of great interest to training and educational companies worldwide, as our courses are internationally recognised and highly valued.
Our selling price is GBP Aœ250,000 (GBP 250). We believe that new owners, with substantial financial and infrastructure resources, would be able to transform this business into a highly profitable one. There are two parallel, complimentary opportunities ~
1) UK and Overseas Classroom Academic courses and Professional Development courses.
2) Worldwide Distance Learning Academic and Professional Development courses.
As we do not have physical assets, our asking price may initially seem high, but we have a very attractive portfolio (many hundreds of qualifications) that is fully UK government Accredited, with additional international accreditations in some professional areas.
Classroom Fees are Aœ2,500 to Aœ5,000 per year pp. Net Profit from this revenue will depend on regional operational cost levels, but should be a minimum of 15% in the UK, 30% in eg. Asia.
Distance Fees are Aœ1,500 to Aœ4,500 per year pp. This carries a very low operational delivery cost, and Net Profit from this revenue should be a minimum of 40% regardless of location.
A foreign owner ~ college / university / training company would have an instant wide-ranging portfolio, and would be able to establish Business Schools or Management Colleges, offering a full UK Accredited portfolio of business and management courses, Classroom or Distance Learning, at any location in the UK, and/or in (almost) any country.
