The funds allow for very flexible investment styles/strategies and hedging activities. They have associated bank accounts, a prime brokerage/trading account, and long-term Delaware residence history. Offered at $30,000 for straight sale. Offered for sale by principal/owner, a well-known financial editor, trader and private equity/M&A consultant. Principal may consider a JV of some sort including ongoing asset management and AUM fund-raising with a meaningful partner, as long as hedge funds are purchased or there is a cash-in up-front. Globalbx insisted on a real estate, revenues and cash flow designation but there is no real estate included with these funds and they have no revenue/cash flow.
