It was established in 1998. It offers a unique service that targets and services a specific niche in the concrete delivery market.

Established customer base of 1,500+ with active repeat customers. It is the only trailer pump service in the Greater Danbury Area. This is a "home based" operation. The business operates Monday thru Friday, 7:00 to 4:00 - other times by appointment. The Owner makes deliveries while his wife schedules appointments and does the books from their ''home office''. Part-time labor is used as needed.
The trucks and equipment are kept at a property the Owner's own in Danbury. The new Owner will need to lease space to park the trucks, store the equipment and conduct office functions if not being done at his/her home.
Equipment includes 2 mixer trucks, a 4x4 truck for system equipment and towing, the pump trailer, hoses & pipes, and the portable batch plant.
Revenues for the last 3 years is running +/- $200,000 per year. At this level the Owner's Cash Flow is estimated +/- $54,900 per year. Note that this level of sales is being done in a bad economy with no advertising or promotion and with an Owner who wants to sell.
