Description Proven home based business, currently operating on a part-time basis, working less than 3 months of the year. Our business has an excellent reputation and we currently have relationships with loyal clients. In fact, we have confirmed in excess of 90% of client re-bookings for 2011 season. Revenue is conservatively expected to increase over 60% in 2011. Current ownership turns away leads and business due to time constraints. Once we add two to three sub-contractors this summer, we will expand our current revenue by the above estimates. In addition to adding help to handle local business, we are expanding to the entire Denver metro area, boulder, Colorado Springs, and possibly ski towns.
