While Italian Ices are a huge hit in Philly, New York and New Jersey among adults and children alike, they are virtually unknown on the west coast. Don't confuse us with shaved hawaiian ice or snow cones, which are made by dropping high-fructose corn syrups on top of ice. Our Italian Ices are scoopable and have the creaminess of sherbet or ice cream. Simply put, we're a much healthier alternative with far less guilt!
