Many professions, now are requiring a background check via this process. All state boards require it as well as potential employers of all kinds. The person who is interested in this type of business must first be fingerprinted themselves as a ''fingerprint roller'' through the department of justice, once cleared, you will be able to start conducting business. System is currently functioning and in operation with the department of justice and with the company that actually transmits to the doj.
