Description  Top of the line LANDA PWGH Platinum Series skid mounted hot water pressure washer. 3,000 psi, 5 gal/minute, 16 HP Briggs/Vangaurd motor, General dual belt drive pump, Winco belt driven 2,000 watt generator (new) 120V w/receptacle so you can work night jobs and run lights. 3 gal reseviour tank w/float valves. 120 Volt Kerosene/Diesel fired burner w/water seperator, 12 Gal. tank for burner, 3 Gal. gas tank for engine. Pump may be due for a tune-up soon, but that's routine maintenance. Original owner/operator, bought unit from factory in '94. Low hours (under 1,500 hrs.) and very well maintained. Unit has always been inside van so it's protected from the elements. Van is a '94 Dodge B250 3/4 ton Cargo Van. 5.7 liter gas engine, new automatic trans installed in 2000. 113,100 miles, well maintained, original owner, has factory A/C, but needs to be serviced. The AM/FM radio doesn't work. Has tilt wheel and cruise control, towing package, new water pump, tune-up done last year, new tires, new coil last year, just had trans flushed/filled and new trans lines installed, oil changed every 3,000.
