Description Timberline Air Service, Inc. is an owner operated company that has been doing business since April 1983. Operates Bell UH1L helicopters providing helicopter support for ski lift construction, frost control, power line work, roof top placement of HVAC units, cell phone tower construction, aerial fish restocking, and fire fighting for Oregon Department of Forestry. An average yearly gross earnings are in the $500,000 to $700,000 range using only a single aircraft.
Timberline has had no field employees since 1996 and never operated more than one helicopter at a time. It should be noted that a second UH-1L is in excellent condition also available for a new owner to use for fire fighting, etc. This helicopter has new paint, OHC M/R head, new M/R blades, OHC T/R gear boxes, etc. Two additional UH-1Ls are included, these additional helicopters are not serviceable but have excellent records, data tags, airworthiness certificates, etc.
For sale a complete turn-key company with ground support equipment, and an extensive spares inventory to support two helicopters. Timberline has a great history and great potential. The present owner is retiring and would be willing to discuss training and advising new owners on a contract basis.
