We have been in operation since 2003. With research assistance from the Pacific Agriculture Research Center in Summerland BC, a Fresh Slice apple line was developed and started production in January 2005.
Production facility moved to a larger location in December of 2006 to accommodate expanded and automated packaging line. An additional peel & slice production line was added in 2012.
Market and distribution area at this time is within Western Canada.
We have our own in-house lab to ensure the product leaving our plant meets highest food safety and quality standards. We achieve this by maintaining HACCP Certification to SQF level 2 which is independently audited by an international auditing agency. Our staff is involved in all aspects of production. They understand our policy, our commitment and our customers' requirements. They are carefully trained on Food Safety procedures as they apply to their individual positions.
