No living accomodation tho. This bar serves local foreigners living in the area and does not rely on tourist trade albeit tourists do go in whilst on short trips to ban phe or koh samet island. The price is 595,000 baht. No key money involved and u pay your rent monthly. I personally have been there many times and the point i will make is that its the owners/staff personality in most cases that determines the level of profit you will make but I will state it would be near impossible to run this bar at a loss in any given month. Finally its a beach bar and some of the bamboo tables in my opinion could be spruced up with some clear lacquer but that will depend on the new owner.
