Description Established construction company for sale. We provide services in three different markets all under the same company logo. Commercial landscape construction/ Tree care, working with local municipalities,and developers. Bio-engineering, working with local municipalities, provincial/federal governments and as subcontractors to large general contractors. Earthworks/road construction, working with large general contractors and directly with First Nations. We are an established company in business for approximately seven years. We hold certification/ membership in numerous industry organizations including the following. A.S.C.A. (Core Certification) prequalified contractor with City of Calgary, City of Red Deer, Town of Okotoks and on the bidders list for many more. past and/or present members in good standing with L.A.N.T.A., I.S.A., Alberta Road builders and Heavy Construction Association., Calgary Regional Home Builders Association, and well as multiple online tender sources.
We are looking to sell the whole business outright and will include all equipment, supplier accounts and current contracts remaining for this year and some multiple years. The current value of these contracts is approximately 1.2 million. We would also entertain offers where we stay on for the balance of this year and maybe next to help with transition or be interested in bringing on a junior partner to run the business. this person would have to be self motivated, ale to work long hours through the high season,and be able to invest a minimum of $300,000.
We are asking $1.2 million for a full purchase and will provide all contracts/ equipment/supplier accounts free and clear of all debts leans or encumbrances.
