-Hires the staff for the daily, and weekly live broadcasts
-Sells and or arranges for sponsorship prize packages for the top performing artists on their station
-Oversees and implements the ''Indie Artist'' competition at their level.
-Markets and promotes all city stations with top city performing artists.
-They head the ''Indie Artist'' competition, oversee all levels of sponsorship and advertising for this competition.
-Heads and gives direction for the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly city advertising, promotion, marketing campaigns.
-Oversees the development and launch of any new competitions and promotions for City based artists.
-Sells and deals with potential city wide or larger advertising clients and sponsors.
