Description Small garden center in downtown Mobile for sale, and has lots of extras. First the building is old Mobile and is great. There is 2,400 sq ft inside. It also has a small kitchen with walk in cooler. We also have a dessert cafe there and it has 6 tables and chairs inside with 6 more large tables with 30 total colorful cast chairs in the courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful. People love to sit out there. Behind the building is our gardens area with 2 greenhouses. Everything you need is there including the heaters for the greenhouses. The gardens area is beautiful and we have landscaped in such a way that people can take a stroll down paths we have made that have all kinds of products there. We have alot of iron works and pottery and fountains and just everything someone would need for their yard. The back is fenced in so nothing dissappears. The front has a gated front entrance that is also decorated up. For Christmas we have lighted wire figures that are displayed in the gardens area for tours and afterwards we offered hot chocolate or coffee and a small order of fresh beignets for $7.99 including tour. This is a fun business and great hours as well. Great for a couple or 2 partners. We will stay and teach you everything you need to know about how to work and run the business and also as to what to buy, when and where. We will consider financing, but with at least 3/4 as a down payment. Everything you need is there. We also have fresh cut flowers and a cooler display case that displays them as well as vased arrangements we do. We have a small section set up as our florist dept.
We also have people wanting us to rent out the courtyard and part of the back area and cater functions. There are many oppurtinities with this place.
